What we collect

When a parent or guardian signs in, we receive basic Google account information needed to create and protect a Family ID. We also record participation, KP ledger status, downloads, feedback, and verified orders.

Safe Space

Safe Space stores selected question options, whether an answer came from a parent or child, situation category, intervention, outcome, optional Better Moments, family experiments and structured family-memory summaries so the private family view can remember what was tried and what the parent reported. Connect Mode may also store activities started, optional reported enjoyment, favorites and Better Moments. It does not automatically store what a parent or child says during an activity or conversation card. Sensitive free text is not automatically copied into permanent family memory. If you type a description, we store only the text you submit, limited to 500 characters. Please avoid names, school details, addresses or other unnecessary identifying information. Safety-related text or selections may be flagged so the service can show urgent resources instead of ordinary parenting guidance.

How we use it

We use this information to operate membership, provide Safe Space guidance, remember user-reported outcomes and activity preferences, show descriptive patterns, prevent duplicate KP claims, improve family experiences, and maintain aggregate product statistics. We do not create parenting, relationship, attachment, personality, learning-style, neurotype or child-quality scores.

Children’s privacy

Registration and Safe Space are intended for a parent or guardian. A child may answer optional questions only after the parent chooses to invite them and the situation is calm and safe. Child answers are kept private and are not used for marketing.

Public dashboard

The public KP Dashboard shows aggregate totals only. It does not display names, email addresses, Google account details, individual Family IDs, individual question answers, family memories or Safe Space notes.
